∎ SSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kind of Chinese, Thai, Indian, Mughlai, Bengali and buffet menu dishes including kebabs and desserts using all types of food ingredients such as fish, meat, grain, vegetable, poultry, spices etc.
∎ Prepare multi cuisine dishes using broilers, ovens, gas burner, grills, fryers and other all types of kitchen equipment.
∎ Take responsibility of total food quality and on time delivery.
∎ Complies with standard portion size of dishes, quality and standard of food, kitchen rules, procedure and policy.
∎ Stocks and maintains sufficient level of food ingredient at production line to assure smooth delivery and service.
∎ Maintains a clean, hygeinic and sanitized work environment by cleaning and sanitizing all cooking equipments and kitchen personnel.
∎ Follows proper food presentation method.
∎ Handles store and rotates all products and kitchen stuff duty and coordinate with other departments of the restaurant for smooth and flawless service.
∎ Take responsibility of any other task required for food delivery and target fill up.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
∎ Ensures highest level of food quality, taste and presentation.
