Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing monthly financial statements and management report. Maintaining and preparing all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, journal ledger and different registers related to accounting. Maintaining and checking petty cash payment, bank payment, journal voucher, different bills and invoices etc. Maintaining daily cash collection and movement. To ensure daily data entry in the accounting table in due time through software. Co-ordinate with other departments. Any other responsibility as and when assigned by management.
