Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify and approach potential customer.
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers.
- Promote catering.
- Create and maintain customer and sales database.
- Develop and implement sales plan
- Monitor competitors and adjust sales plan accordingly.
- Sales promotion on social media.
- Develop and coordinate sales promotion materials
- Boost brand awareness .
- Prepare and maintain sales report, bookings, campaign , promotion
- Monitor and reply online queries.
- Maintain marketing budget and work closely with kitchen service team
- represent restaurant outside aligning with brand identity.
