• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

1.  A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably within the luggage and bag manufacturing Industry

• Age 35 to 60 years

1. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and areas for growth to expand the company’s market presence.
2. Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
3. Check each product for defects, proper stitching, and functionality of hardware.
4. Conduct durability tests (e.g., weight tests, stress tests) to ensure product longevity.
5. Ensure products meet industry standards and regulations.
6. Ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation of the factory, including inventory management, production planning, and supply chain logistics.
7. Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
8. Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and profitability.
9. Foster a positive, inclusive company culture that encourages teamwork, innovation, and accountability.
10. Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
11. Oversee quality control processes and address any issues promptly to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.
12. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
13. Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and business partners.
