∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving year end budget of respective center through accomplishing the quarterly and half yearly budget of the center.
∎ Ensure RMs have achieved their individual budget.
∎ Responsible for new customer acquisitions.
∎ Lead consumer sales & service function within privilege banking center.
∎ Regular reporting to Head of Privilege Banking on growth of the centre.
∎ Must be compliant to Bank’s Policy.
∎ Ensure the regular monitoring and reporting of the RM’s.
∎ Must uphold a positive attitude and be able to turn problems into opportunities.
∎ Responsible for maintaining and updating of overall record of the center, MIS & Portfolio.
∎ The Centre Manager will motivate the team, act decisively, thrive on change, led by example, has a passion for selling, increase productivity, and coach with impact.
