Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering.
∎ Skill Required: Garments Industry, Good Communication Skills, Industrial Engineering, Undergarments factory.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make weekly & monthly Shipment Plan as per shipment schedule.
∎ Ensure costing SMV to Merchandiser.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles.
∎ Reduce non value adding activities, Drive actions to create standardization and simplification of process.
∎ Implement and sustain the effective works methods or systems at the factory in order to improve productivity levels and facilitate production processes.
∎ Garments analysis & Style development for reducing costing.
∎ Maximize efficiency to improve work flow by using proper material.
∎ Provide improvement proposal to optimize manufacturing process and operation, establish standard procedures.
∎ Monitor relevant production parameters and taking actions to ensure a smooth flow production.
∎ Plan and direct all aspects of industrial engineering activities within an organization.
∎ Directly work with Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Undergarments. Industrial Engineering.
∎ The applications should have experience in the following area(s): Woven (all)
∎ Good Communication skill specially in English.
∎ Hardworking, Smart & Honest.

Salary:
∎ BDT=25,000/- to 35,000/-
