Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the proper implementation of the designated project.
∎ Conduct overall coordination activities to effectively run BRAC Institute of Skills Development (BRAC-ISD) centers.
∎ Communicate with teams, stakeholders, and local government officials.
∎ Monitor proper financial management according to the approved budget.
∎ Coordinate closely with the technology team for mainstreaming BRAC-ISD activities.
∎ Develop staff capacity through meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
∎ Verify bill vouchers, budgets, and maintain documents.
∎ Practice, promote, and apply the safeguarding policy among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least 3 years’ work experience in skills development center management or any managerial positions.
