∎ Significant experience of working directly with celebrities and their agents/staff, including a successful track record of pitching project ideas to agents and securing celebrity support.
∎ Demonstrable experience of working strategically, identifying opportunities for celebrities to support organization-wide marketing strategies.
∎ Significant experience of planning and managing events such as photocalls and filming opportunities.
∎ Knowledge and experience of using social media channels as part of celebrity engagement and PR campaigns.
∎ Outstanding written and oral communication skills, and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people. In this post this would include celebrities, agents, journalists, service users and providers, Mind staff and volunteers.
∎ Excellent relationship management skills with the proven ability to motivate celebrities and colleagues.
∎ Proven ability to take responsibility for tasks and act on own initiative particularly to solve problems and find solutions.
∎ Excellent knowledge and understanding of media and PR

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will have to work with various celebrities of the country outside the fashion industry. For example: film stars, athletes, politicians, influencers.
∎ As an agency/agent, Marketers 360 Degrees must complete contracts with various celebrities on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
∎ We have to launch various celebrities, artists, singers, and models and find work for them.
∎ Strategic celebrity plan and execution timeline/calendar. Act as the liaison to Agency PR planning localized efforts to synergize with directive for all brand’s overall marketing communications goals
∎ Develop and manage fashion project timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects
∎ Collaborate with model, choreographer, designers, suppliers, entertainment journalists and other stakeholders to bring fashion projects to life
∎ Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on fashion trends to inform project decisions
∎ Source and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and products
∎ Manage the approval process for prototypes and samples to ensure projects meet brand standards
∎ Supervise and coordinate photoshoots, fashion video, endorsement, fashion shows, and other events to promote and showcase fashion projects
∎ Prepare budgets and track expenses
∎ Manage workflow and ensure deadlines are met
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
∎ Collaborate with the marketing, tech and sales teams to ensure smooth workflows for seasonal launches.
∎ Fashion shows should be organized on various occasions every year.
∎ Collaborations will be required with various fashion houses/clothing companies.
∎ New models should be launched every year by organizing reality shows.
∎ To draw up and manage the budget for celebrity and ambassador work.
∎ You will convert brand marketing strategy into actionable recommendations
∎ You will develop a holistic Campaign Performance Measurement Dashboard used regionally to strategize, execute and assess performance of onsite campaigns across all device types
∎ Analyze business and provide feedback and guidance to individual retail teams
∎ You will have to play a role in attracting various sponsors and partners.
∎ Recruiting and hiring of beauty advisors, freelance makeup artists
∎ Ideas for various projects should be generated.
∎ Presentations and project plans need to be prepared.
