Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Background in Business, Marketing, Media, or Management will be preferred
2-3 years of experience in Client Service / Business Development / Client Acquisition
Proven experience in client meetings, presentations, proposals, and negotiations
Experience in handling retainer clients will be an advantage
Must have personal client leads or network
Strong portfolio of previous PPTs, proposals, and presentations (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
Confident, professional, and client-facing personality
Strong negotiation and follow-up ability

Marketers 360 Degree is a growing full-service marketing & media agency. We are looking for an experienced Client Service Executive who is capable of handling client communication, generating new leads, onboarding retainer clients, and contributing directly to agency revenue growth.
This role requires a candidate who understands agency services, client needs, and long-term partnership selling, and can independently manage presentations, proposals, negotiations, and client meetings.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Follow up with existing clients and maintain strong relationships
Generate new leads and identify potential clients
Onboard new clients, including long-term retainer clients
Prepare PPTs, presentations, and proposals for client pitches
Deliver professional client presentations and meetings
Prepare and submit quotations
Negotiate with clients and support deal closure
Coordinate internally with Creative, Digital, and Production teams
Maintain proper records of client communication and project status
Contribute to revenue growth through proactive client handling
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience & client lead capability)
