Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, Media Studies, or Communications will be preferred
Candidates with strong practical experience in sponsorship, brand sales, business development, or client handling may be considered even if academic background is not directly related
Practical experience in corporate client handling, brand meetings, proposal presentation, and deal negotiation
Candidates with existing corporate brand contacts or strong professional networks will receive preference
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to identify potential sponsors and brand partners and convert leads into successful deals
Clear understanding of sponsorship, brand partnership, and revenue-driven roles
Experience in preparing sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, and presentations
Confidence in conducting corporate meetings and maintaining professional follow-ups
Basic understanding of media production, events, or entertainment projects
Target-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

The Sponsorship & Brand Partnership Executive will be responsible for acquiring sponsors and brand partners for various media projects, negotiating brand deals, and ensuring sponsorship-driven revenue generation. This is a performance-driven role that offers hands-on experience in corporate brand dealing, media monetization, and strategic partnership development, along with long-term career growth opportunities.
Core Job Responsibilities
Acquire corporate sponsorships and brand partnerships for media productions, reality shows, talent hunt programs, films, TV dramas, events, and branded content projects
Identify potential sponsors and brand partners, generate leads, and maintain regular follow-ups
Prepare and present sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, rate cards, and customized brand offerings
Conduct brand meetings, presentations, negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures
Negotiate both cash and barter sponsorship deals and assist in agreement finalization
Plan and coordinate brand integration, product placement, and promotional visibility
Coordinate with media, digital, influencer, radio, and other strategic partners
Work closely with internal creative, production, and digital teams to ensure proper execution of sponsor deliverables
Manage post-campaign brand reporting, performance feedback, and relationship follow-ups
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing sponsors and brand partners to ensure repeat business
Monitor market trends, brand spending behavior, and emerging sponsorship opportunities
Achieve assigned revenue targets and project-wise funding goals
