Proven ability to generate and qualify new leads
Experience with cold calling, networking, referrals, or inbound leads
Client Acquisition & Deal Closing
Strong experience in client meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closing

Marketers 360 Degree is a growing full-service marketing & media agency currently in a reform and revenue-growth phase. We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive capable of contributing to long-term retainer client onboarding and sustainable agency revenue.
This role involves proactive lead generation, client meetings, retainer proposal handling, and supporting deal closures. The position offers performance-based growth, strong client-facing exposure, and long-term career development within the agency.
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads with a strong focus on long-term retainer clients
Conduct client meetings, understand business needs, and present suitable agency services and solutions
Prepare and coordinate retainer-based proposals, quotations, and pitch materials with internal teams
Follow up consistently with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline toward closure
Support deal negotiation, closing, and client onboarding processes
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for retention and upselling
Work closely with Creative, Digital, and Client Service teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities
Submit regular sales, progress, and performance reports
Contribute directly to overall agency revenue growth
