  • Experience in retainer or long-term client handling will be an advantage·        

  • Strong sales performers or candidates with existing client leads/network will be preferred

Additional Requirements:

Agency Experience (Preferred)

  • Prior experience in an Advertising / Marketing / Digital Agency

  • Ability to handle multiple clients, deadlines, and sales pressure

Lead Generation Capability

  • Proven ability to generate and qualify new leads

  • Experience with cold calling, networking, referrals, or inbound leads

Client Acquisition & Deal Closing

  • Strong experience in client meetings, pitching, negotiation, and closing

  • Ability to independently onboard clients

Target & Revenue-Oriented Mindset

  • Comfortable working with monthly targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

  • High accountability under pressure

Proposal & Presentation Skills

  • Ability to prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitch decks

Communication Skills (Mandatory)

  • Excellent Bangla & English communication skills

  • Confident, professional, client-facing personality

Client Handling & Follow-up Discipline

  • Strong follow-up discipline and objection-handling capability

Reporting & Professional Discipline

  • Experience in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

Tools & System Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Email

  • Basic familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools

Availability & Commitment

Responsibilities & Context:

Marketers 360 Degree is a growing full-service marketing & media agency currently in a reform and revenue-growth phase. We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive capable of contributing to long-term retainer client onboarding and sustainable agency revenue.

This role involves proactive lead generation, client meetings, retainer proposal handling, and supporting deal closures. The position offers performance-based growth, strong client-facing exposure, and long-term career development within the agency.

 

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads with a strong focus on long-term retainer clients

  • Conduct client meetings, understand business needs, and present suitable agency services and solutions

  • Prepare and coordinate retainer-based proposals, quotations, and pitch materials with internal teams

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move leads through the sales pipeline toward closure

  • Support deal negotiation, closing, and client onboarding processes

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for retention and upselling

  • Work closely with Creative, Digital, and Client Service teams to ensure smooth execution

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities

  • Submit regular sales, progress, and performance reports

  • Contribute directly to overall agency revenue growth
