1. Purpose Of The Position
Lead multimedia content creation and digital storytelling strategy. Drive audience engagement across web, video, and social platforms through innovative, platform-native content.

2. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Lead digital content and multimedia team to produce daily engaging assets.

• Plan and oversee video explainers, social-first news packages, and interactive content.

• Develop creative content strategies based on audience analytics and trends.

• Coordinate with the newsroom for fast multimedia packaging of breaking stories.

• Ensure all content meets brand standards for quality, accuracy, and tone.

• Manage live video anchoring and digital broadcast production.

• Optimize content for each platform (web, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram).

• Drive innovation in data visualization, motion graphics, and immersive formats.

• Monitor digital trends and competitor content strategies in Bangladesh.

• Train team in modern digital journalism and production techniques.

• Oversee content calendar for multimedia franchises and series.

• Analyze performance metrics to refine content mix and formats.
