About the Role
BIZ CARE LTD. is looking for a skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, especially for e-commerce products.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in running conversion-focused campaigns and a strong understanding of how to generate sales, improve ROAS, and scale ad performance.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, running conversion-focused campaigns for e-commerce products, conducting audience research, setting up Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, and retargeting campaigns, monitoring ad performance regularly, optimizing campaigns based on data, and working to improve ROAS, sales growth, and overall campaign results.
Experience Requirements
The candidate must have at least 1–2 years of practical experience in Meta Ads management. Hands-on experience in managing e-commerce ad campaigns is mandatory.
Additional Requirements
The candidate should have a clear understanding of Facebook Pixel, conversion tracking, retargeting, campaign optimization, and ad performance analysis. The candidate must be result-oriented, responsible, detail-focused, and able to work effectively with the team.
