1. Purpose Of The Position
Lead IT infrastructure and cybersecurity for 24/7 digital news operations. Ensure uninterrupted publishing, streaming, and business continuity through secure, resilient technology systems.

2. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Manage all servers, cloud infrastructure, and CMS platforms for zero downtime.

• Lead cybersecurity protocols to prevent breaches and ransomware attacks.

• Oversee live streaming infrastructure and multimedia technology integration.

• Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity systems.

• Manage vendor relationships for software, hosting, and technical support.

• Ensure data backup compliance and rapid restoration capability.

• Lead IT support team for newsroom and business operations.

• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in real-time.

• Implement IT strategies aligned with digital growth plans.

• Coordinate with editorial for CMS optimization and feature upgrades.

• Manage technology budget and procurement lifecycle.

• Conduct regular security audits and penetration testing.
