Proven experience in strategic planning within an advertising agency or brand management environment.
Demonstrated ability to turn analytical data into actionable, creative narratives.
Experience working with reputed brands or corporate clients
Candidates should have a portfolio of strategic work, presentations, and pitch experience
Additional Requirements
Deep understanding of advertising, marketing, and brand strategy
Strong capability in business planning and execution
Ability to think strategically and act practically
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Must have experience in creating high-quality PPTs and strategic documents

The successful candidate will not only design high-level strategies but will also possess the grit to implement, manage, and optimize those plans in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Core Job Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive brand strategies and communication plans based on deep-dive consumer insights.
Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and cultural shifts to identify opportunities for clients.
Translate consumer data into compelling creative briefs that inspire our creative teams.
Lead brainstorming sessions to bridge the gap between business objectives and creative execution.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, ensuring every strategy delivers measurable impact.
Develop and define the overall business and growth strategy of the agency
Create structured plans to achieve revenue, client acquisition, and positioning goals
Lead brand positioning and strategic direction for the agency and its clients
Prepare and lead high-level pitch decks, presentations, and proposals
Participate in client pitches and strategic meetings
Work closely with Operation, Creative, and Management teams
Brief operational & creative team on the plan and ensure proper execution
