• Must have the capability of handling 500+ CCTV cameras in the Central Monitoring System.

• Must have practical sound knowledge regarding CCTV installation/placing, camera fixing, troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making skills.

• Commitment to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

• Work under pressure and quick learner.

• Work in shifts and roster duty as required.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Operating all security cameras in an efficient manner and in-compliance with the operating procedures, legislation, and best practices.

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across all designated areas.

• Identify and report any suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards.

• Maintain vigilant surveillance of all CCTV feeds to identify security threats and irregularities and make sure they are reported to the appropriate authority.

• Coordinating with the Authority and quickly responding to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities whenever they occur.

• Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of all incidents.

• Strictly maintain control room norms, protocols, and privacy of the company regarding output footage.

• Follow company policies and legal guidelines related to privacy and surveillance. Maintain the records of any technical issues or malfunctions of surveillance systems in the log register. Remain alert and focused during shifts, including night or weekend hours.

• Ensure proper and precise hourly, daily, weekly, monthly report according to management will.

• Ensure the CCTV system is fully functioning, and if any issue is found, take all necessary initiative to solve the issue effectively with the concern of IT, Engineering & Head of Security.

• Coordinate with the IT & Engineering department for smooth operations.

• Coordinate with surveillance equipment vendors for all types of installation, maintenance, and support.

• Perform any other job assigned by the management.
