∎ Age 20 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and operate CCTV cameras to maintain uninterrupted surveillance and detect any unusual activities.
∎ Conduct physical monitoring of critical areas when necessary to complement CCTV operations.
∎ Analyze video footage in case of incidents, extract key details, and provide insights to support investigations.
∎ Record all incidents systematically in designated registers and authorized forms for proper documentation.
∎ Notify the relevant authorities immediately about suspicious activities or security breaches.
∎ Maintain an updated daily log of monitoring activities, including the operational status of cameras and servers, using MS excel.
∎ Prepare detailed monthly incident reports and share them with authority.
∎ Coordinate with the technical team to address any malfunctions in CCTV equipment promptly.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of improved surveillance protocols to enhance security measures.
∎ Perform additional responsibilities assigned by superior management as part of operational requirements.
∎ Contribute to improving operational efficiency and enhancing security measures.
