Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trade Finance:
∎ To analyze requirements related to Trade Finance and Foreign Remittance, coordinate with the requesters/business/operations and develop/enhance/rectify the required/existing developments
∎ Provide supports to End Users as and when required for TF
∎ Provide support to SWIFT message related issues
∎ To maintain Liaison with Flora Systems for solving different issues
∎ To prepare/update User Manuals for End Users for TF operations
∎ Credit:
∎ To analyze requirements related to Credit Modules for new business requirement analysis, develop and prepare functional specification.
∎ Provide support to all the Branches, SMEs, and various Divisions of HO regarding Credit related issues.
∎ Support to solve critical problems of all kind of Loans, Bank Guarantee, Limit and Collateral modules in the CBS
∎ To maintain Liaison with Flora Systems for solving different issues.
∎ Support related to CL, CIB and loan calcification related problems.
∎ To prepare/update User Manuals for End Users for Credit operations
∎ General Banking:
∎ To analyze requirements related to General Banking Modules for new business requirement analysis, develop and prepare functional specification.
∎ Providing support to the end user related to General Banking.
∎ Providing support to the end user related to Centralized Account opening.
∎ To maintain Liaison with Flora Systems for solving different issues
∎ To prepare/update User Manuals for End Users for Credit operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in similar job in a reputed bank preferably working in Flora Bank System.
∎ Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations is required
∎ Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people
∎ Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
