Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting or Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive payment by cash, credit cards or by any other method as permitted.
∎ Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
∎ Issue POS generated receipts, refunds or change to customers.
∎ Count cash at the beginning of shifts and also at closing of shifts to ensure the cash balance is reconciled.
∎ Greet customers in the outlet.
∎ Receive customer complaints or query and gently give them proper solutions.
∎ Cash checking for customers.
∎ Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
∎ Bag, box, wrap, or gift-wrap merchandise, and prepare packages for customers.
∎ Sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
∎ Process merchandise returns or exchanges and maintain the front table.
∎ Any other task as assigned by appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ BBA in Accounts/Finance
∎ 1-2 years of experience in any retail shop
∎ Presentable
∎ Good interpersonal skill
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Responsive to people
