Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters Preferably in International Relations/ development studies/ Sociology/ Social work or any other relevant discipline with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognised university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring Post arrival and post return services to the returnee migrants in coordination with BRAC Migration Welfare Center and Migration and Reintegration Support Center under Sustainable Reintegration of Bangladesh Returnees Project Phase II.
∎ Managing Migration and Reintegration Support Center activities under Sustainable Reintegration of Bangladesh Returnees Project Phase II.
∎ Pre departure communication with the migrant from the destination country.
∎ Coordination support services with BRAC Migration Welfare Center, Airport Administration (Civil Aviation Authority), Law enforcement agencies, Probashi Kallyan Desk, BMET, Wage Earners Welfare Board, District Employment and Manpower Offices etc.
∎ Assisting in Migration Programme related activities under different projects in different locations.
∎ Determines Returnee's requirements by completing intake interviews; determine service objectives, and plans.
∎ Coordinating services being provided; arranging resources, including, meet and greet at the port of arrival, emergency medical treatment, onward transportation, communication with family members, reunification with family members, referral support services and escort to accommodation facilities.
∎ Maintains returnees' records by reviewing case notes; logging events and progress.
∎ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing returnee data in online and paper-based system.
∎ Answering telephone enquiries, letters and emails from returnees and their family members and offering advice directly to them.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
