Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Holistic coordination of export cargo/shipment planning and acceptance including overseeing cargo scanning, weighting and build-up, executing cargo planning in close coordination with the backend Sales support and leading proper cargo/shipment handling processes at the airport cargo warehouse.
∎ Facilitating the smooth clearance of import cargo/shipments including frequent liaising with ground service partners and regulatory agencies for the release of the cargo/shipments to the designated consignee(s).
∎ Preparing reports and facilitating frequent communication with various customers, ground service partners, regulatory agencies and internal management stakeholders.
∎ Working closely with airlines overseas and HQ representatives to facilitate operational matters where necessary, including providing cargo/shipment updates, cargo/shipment handling requests and communicating/requesting approval for uplift where required.
∎ Leading flight turnaround and cargo loading activities including executing pre-flight aircraft trim and load control planning and liaising with ground ramp handlers.
∎ Ensuring the upholding of safety standards and hygiene across all facets of airlines cargo operations including conducting periodical audit checks and reporting.
∎ Job Context:
∎ An operational role where the selected candidate will be accountable and responsible to expedite and route movement of incoming and outgoing cargo and freight shipments for our partner airline.
∎ Job Responsibilities:·
