∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Audit cargo documents (MAWBs) and advise agents if any correction required
∎ 2. Prepare the cargo sales report for all flights with required shipment details
∎ 3. Generate daily, weekly reports of the flights and AWB audit in ICMS
∎ 4. Generate E-messaging reports fortnightly with approval from GMB and update accordingly
∎ 5. Provide sales report to the finance and accounts department fortnightly
∎ 6. Update daily shipments in Cargoaim
∎ 7. Allocating AWBs to the agents as per approval
∎ 8. Provide sales report to the head office & accounts team
∎ 9. Maintain rate sheet for all shipments
∎ 10. Prepare CCAs for any mistakes in cargo sales audit and any major changes in AWBs after preparing invoice.
∎ 11. Reserve space for shipments to uplift from DAC and coordinate with head office for connecting flights
∎ 12. Assist the customers with their shipments’ status
∎ 13. Align with concerned teams forward the shipments without any disputes
∎ 14. Follow up with concerned stakeholders for mishandling cases of shipments and resolving the disputes
∎ 15. Handle claims for any damaged or missing cargo
