Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product costing.
∎ Track supplier efficiency & support supplier to improve efficiency.
∎ Trained supplier Industrial Engineer & support where required.
∎ Trained supplier mid-level management on efficiency improvement.
∎ Help supplier Help to develop "Operator Training Center".
∎ Conduct Different Project for Business & supplier performance Development.
∎ Provide Technical Support to internal stakeholders.
∎ Analyze different aspects of business development.
∎ Executive efficiency development strategy with company supplier.
∎ Driving efficiency enhancement part of the global capacity project in the specific region.
∎ Leading, Motivating, supporting & educating the suppliers project team in accordance with project and supply chain goals.
∎ Co-ordinates with other company function (Capacity, Merchandising, Quality and sustainability) to ensure smooth execution of efficacy development initiative.
∎ Help the project team in determining cost per minute (CPM) and ensure competitive landscape of the same in the region.
∎ CMT costing & capacity management in all production unit improvement initiative across supplier.
∎ Executes a structured step wise methodology of efficiency development and ensures adherence of the same.
∎ Conducts diagnostics study and fact-finding areas of improvement.
∎ Conducts training program for supplier's project team and relevant workshops around it.
∎ Executes efficacy enhancement initiatives with suppliers by direct or indirect intervention.
∎ Follow up with suppliers on their efficiency enhancement.
∎ Overall responsibility of efficiency development of assigned set is suppliers.
∎ Should have strong co-operation with internal and external stake holders.
∎ Responsible for reporting efficacy enhancement initiative on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
∎ Help the project team in determining coast per minute (CPM) and ensure competitive landscape of the same in the region.
∎ To follow up the company & Buyers indicated laws & regulation & thereby maintain disciplines in all stages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A high level of business awareness and acumen.
∎ Understanding the intricacies of financial management.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills.
∎ Excellent analytical & problem solving skills & Motivational skill.
∎ Strong crisis management & conflict medication skills.
∎ Able to perform all kinds of secretarial works.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different people.
∎ Fully computer literate and good command over MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email correspondences and internet browsing.
∎ Applicant must have excellent oral & written communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Highly ethical behavior.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Self-motivated and career oriented.
