Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate from any reported University. Textile Engineering will add advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up capacity availability and books seasonal production capacity
∎ Allocates PO's and Follow up Production follow up and delivery on time
∎ Order Lead-times negotiation
∎ Vendors capacity monitoring /synch with Buying plan
∎ Coordinates with vendor and Industrial Leader on T&A to publish a validated T&A
∎ Consolidates PO's and allocates PO's by vendors accordingly
∎ Collects and checks Proforma Invoices/ ensure MAD on time following Po's to CRD
∎ Analyzes reasons for late deliveries, decides on air cost or claim.
∎ Negotiate/Manage with vendors to reduce order lead-times.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience in this field.
∎ Candidates who has an experience in any European (fashion) brand office will have priority
∎ English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is must
∎ Must have knowledge on Product Costing & Sourcing
∎ Self-motivated with good time management, competency to drive the team to achieve company goals.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility
