At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Prior experience in one or more of the following areas is essential:
Marketing agency, Corporate brand marketing, PR team, News media (print or broadcast).
Solid understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals.
Knowledge of public relations and stakeholder engagement.
Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and execution.
Collaborative team player capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
· Contribute to Guardian Life’s brand-building initiatives through creative and effective marketing strategies.
· Plan and implement integrated campaigns across diverse media channels.
· Develop, curate, and distribute engaging content for both internal and external stakeholders.
· Support the company’s PR efforts, including media outreach, press releases, and corporate communications.
· Work closely with internal departments and external partners to maintain consistent and high-quality messaging.
· Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure our marketing efforts remain fresh and impactful.
