- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Position Overview
RTL Immigration & Visa Advisory is seeking enthusiastic, disciplined, and punctual Call Center Agents (male and female) to manage incoming inquiries from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube regarding visa and admission services. The ideal candidates will be confident communicators, fluent in English and Bengali, and capable of handling client queries promptly and professionally via voice communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and voice inquiries from Meta and YouTube channels promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa processing, admission services, and student guidance.
- Record and track all client interactions, maintaining detailed call logs and follow-up lists.
- Convert inquiries into appointments (online or in-person) and coordinate with counseling teams.
- Maintain professional communication standards and ensure timely responses to all prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads to support successful appointment conversions.
- Uphold company values of discipline, punctuality, and client confidentiality.
- Participate in briefings or training sessions to improve communication and visa-related knowledge.
