Job Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients using company-provided lead numbers and maintain systematic follow-up records.
Provide accurate and lawful information regarding immigration and visa services as per company guidelines
Maintain regular updates of lead status and client interactions in the company system
Represent the company professionally with strong presentation and communication skills
Demonstrate attentiveness toward company development, branding, and client satisfaction
Ensure professional appearance, proper dress code, and strict punctuality
Communicate fluently in Bengali and English with a confident, client-attractive personality
Work collaboratively with the team, maintaining a company-first mindset
Comply with all office policies, ethical standards, and management instructions
Participate actively in training, meetings, and performance evaluations
