Provide senior-level counseling to students regarding international study options, admission procedures, and visa processes in compliance with legal standards

• Supervise and guide junior counselors to ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism

• Handle complex student cases and escalated counseling matters

• Monitor and manage lead follow-ups, counseling quality, and conversion performance

• Ensure all student communications are ethical, transparent, and aligned with company policy

• Represent RTL Immigration & Visa Advisory with strong presentation and advisory skills

• Maintain accurate counseling records and reporting as per company requirements

• Support team training, performance reviews, and process improvements

• Ensure punctuality, proper dress code, and professional conduct within the counseling team

• Communicate fluently in Bengali and English, maintaining a confident and student-focused approach

• Actively contribute to company development, branding, and institutional relationships

• Strictly comply with office policies, management decisions, and regulatory guidelines

  This role requires a high level of professionalism, leadership capability, and in-depth knowledge of international education pathways. The Senior Student Counselor will act as a key point of coordination between students, internal teams, and management.
