- Strong Communication Skill (Bangla & English)
- Counselling ও Sales-oriented mindset
- Computer দক্ষতা (MS Word, Excel, Email, Google Docs)
- Target-based কাজ করার মানসিকতা
- Positive attitude ও team-work করার ক্ষমতা
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities (মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ)
- শিক্ষার্থী ও অভিভাবকদের বিদেশে উচ্চশিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত কাউন্সেলিং প্রদান
- শিক্ষার্থীর Academic Background, Financial Capacity ও Career Goal বিশ্লেষণ করে সঠিক দেশ, কোর্স ও ইনস্টিটিউশন সাজেস্ট করা
- Canada, USA, UK, Australia, Europe ইত্যাদি দেশের স্টাডি অপশন সম্পর্কে গাইডলাইন দেওয়া
- শিক্ষার্থীদের Admission Process, Offer Letter, Tuition Fees, Scholarship বিষয়ে সহায়তা
- Study Permit / Student Visa সংক্রান্ত প্রাথমিক গাইডলাইন ও ডকুমেন্ট চেক করা
- SOP, CV, Recommendation Letter প্রস্তুত করতে শিক্ষার্থীদের গাইড করা
- শিক্ষার্থী ফলো-আপ, কল, মিটিং ও ফাইল আপডেট রাখা
- লিড জেনারেশন থেকে ভর্তি পর্যন্ত পুরো প্রক্রিয়ায় সাপোর্ট দেওয়া
- কোম্পানির conversion target / enrollment target অর্জনে কাজ করা
- অভ্যন্তরীণ টিম (Visa Team, Documentation Team) এর সাথে সমন্বয় করা
