We (Gowell Global Sourcing) are the top online health care equipment & physiotherapy items importer wholeseller, Resseller From China, Taiwan, India & UAE & have a good of market shares of this physiothrepy equipement online sales all over the Bangladesh & middle east countries. Due to increasing volumes & current market share we need Call Center /Customer Care Executive. The role is to take care all the customer call supports to confirm the order in online & confirmation to the delivery phase. This includes developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing online platforms, optimizing user experience, and driving sales growth. They also handle market research, online advertising, and customer support.

Full Time Office Job (Can do attitudes)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Provide accurate and clear information about company products and services
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues politely
  • Follow communication scripts and maintain call quality standards
  • Achieve daily/weekly call, sales, or service targets
  • Maintain call logs, update customer information, and prepare reports
  • Build positive relationships with customers through polite and active communication
  • Cooperate with the team and follow supervisor instructions
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive company image
