Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP software ( Easy Billing or any other local billing software management system). Advanced data analysis skills using Excel.
Soft Skills: High level of Honesty, integrity, sharp analytical thinking and excellent communication skills to collaborate with sales.
Gowell Global Sourcing is looking for an experienced Internal Auditor specializing in sales. In this role, you will evaluate the effectiveness of our sales controls, verify revenue recognition, assess credit policies, and identify areas to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits of sales transactions, billing processes, pricing mechanisms, and revenue recognition to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Price Checking each Invoicing with accurate company profitability.
Process Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of internal controls governing sales contracts, discounts, promotions, and returns.
Accounts Receivable & Credit: Audit credit management policies, aging reports, bad debt provisions, and the collections process.
Risk Assessment: Identify operational bottlenecks, leakages, or fraudulent activities within the sales and distribution funnel.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed audit reports for management, highlighting control deficiencies and providing actionable recommendations.
Compliance Tracking: Follow up audit findings to ensure corrective action plans have been successfully implemented.
