Job Context:
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries through Digital Channels messages.
∎ Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
∎ Required to answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Reporting & Data Analysis.
∎ Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints beside QA evaluations.
