Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with prospective clients, provide information, and generate leads.
Follow up with potential clients and guide them through the enrollment process to achieve successful conversions.
Create and submit detailed reports on call activities, including call outcomes and lead statuses, as part of daily and weekly tasks.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Manage visitor check-ins and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel. Handle inquiries at the front desk with professionalism and accuracy, offering relevant information or resources as needed.
Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from reception to consultation.
