Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with prospective clients, provide information, and generate leads.
- Maintain a KPI-driven mindset, actively working toward sales and lead conversion targets.
- Follow up with potential clients and guide them through the enrollment process to achieve successful conversions.
- Create and submit detailed reports on call activities, including call outcomes and lead statuses, as part of daily and weekly tasks.
- Stay focused and resilient while handling rejections and challenging client interactions during outbound calls.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage visitor check-ins and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or personnel.Handle inquiries at the front desk with professionalism and accuracy, offering relevant information or resources as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from reception to consultation.
