Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
  • Promote products or services to existing customers and find out their needs to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Explain product features and benefits, answer questions, and address customer concerns.
  • Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the sales team.
  • Ensure that all appointment details are accurately recorded and communicated.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
  • Track and report on progress towards goals and objectives.
  • Gather feedback from customers and prospects about product and service preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all telemarketing activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes.
  • Assess customer satisfaction through on-call survey.
