Prothoma Bangladesh is expanding its customer service team and looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals for the role of Call Center Executive. The selected candidate will handle customer communications through inbound and outbound calls, provide service-related information, and maintain a positive customer experience. This is a target-oriented role and requires strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

  • Provide accurate and clear information about company products and services

  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues politely

  • Follow communication scripts and maintain call quality standards

  • Achieve daily/weekly call, sales, or service targets

  • Maintain call logs, update customer information, and prepare reports

  • Build positive relationships with customers through polite and active communication

  • Cooperate with the team and follow supervisor instructions

  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive company image
