Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, Odoo, Vtiger).
∎ Strong programming knowledge
∎ Backend: Python, PHP, Node.js, Java
∎ Frontend: JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js)
∎ Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
∎ Expertise in API development & integration (REST, SOAP, Webhooks).
∎ Familiarity with call center solutions (Asterisk, Vicidial, Avaya, Twilio, 3CX).
∎ Basic understanding of VoIP, IVR, and cloud-based call center and IP-PBX systems.Key Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, customize, and integrate CRM systems with call center solutions.
∎ Automate workflows, build dashboards, and enhance user experience.
∎ Implement API integrations for seamless data flow between platforms.
∎ Troubleshoot CRM and call center technical issues.
∎ Ensure data security, compliance, and system performance.
