Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
∎ Manage and resolve customer complaints
∎ Provide product and service information to customers
∎ Research the required information using available resources
∎ Process client requests like- orders, forms and application
∎ Route calls to appropriate channels
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
∎ Recognize, document and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
∎ Maintain customer confidentiality
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Call Center
∎ Ability to stay calm and react effectively while handling customers and emergencies
∎ Must have good command over MS Office
∎ Excellent data entry and typing skill
∎ Should have knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
∎ Ability to work under pressure
