Responsibilities & Context:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, or chat messages promptly and courteously.

  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback.

  • Listen actively to customer concerns or requests to understand their needs.

  • Provide accurate product or service information.

  • Assist customers with account management, technical support, or service requests.

  • Update customers on new offers, promotions, or company policies when relevant.

  • Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Maintain detailed logs of calls, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

  • Ensure data privacy and security while handling customer information.

  • Collaborate with relevant team members to assign related departments to resolve cases.

  • Share insights, customer feedback, and potential improvements with supervisors.

  • Participate in training sessions to improve communication, product knowledge, and technical skills.

  • Stay updated with the Organization’s policies, product changes, and industry trends.
