Experience: 5–7 years or above of experience in CAD pattern making.

Responsibilities & Context:
Alam Garments is expanding, and we are looking for dynamic, dedicated, and driven individuals to join our team. We invite applications from qualified and enthusiastic candidates for the following CAD Pattern Master positions:
Key Responsibilities (Based on Department Assignment):
- Develop accurate garment patterns using CAD software (e.g., Audaces, Optitex,) based on design sketches, buyer tech packs, or sample evaluations.
- Grade patterns across various sizes while maintaining design integrity.
- Conduct fit corrections, balance patterns, and troubleshoot fitting issues during sample stages.
- Prepare markers and optimize fabric consumption for cost efficiency.
- Maintain organized digital pattern files and databases.
- Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure seamless product development.
- Stay updated with CAD advancements and 3D tools like CLO 3D.
