• Experience: 5–7 years or above of experience in CAD pattern making.

• Skills: Good communication, basic computer proficiency, willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities (Based on Department Assignment):

• Develop accurate garment patterns using CAD software (e.g., Audaces, Optitex,) based on design sketches, buyer tech packs, or sample evaluations.
• Grade patterns across various sizes while maintaining design integrity.
• Conduct fit corrections, balance patterns, and troubleshoot fitting issues during sample stages.
• Prepare markers and optimize fabric consumption for cost efficiency.
• Maintain organized digital pattern files and databases.
• Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure seamless product development.
• Stay updated with CAD advancements and 3D tools like CLO 3D.
