We are looking for an experienced CAD Manager for our lingerie factory. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in consumption, costing, pattern making, and marker planning using all types of CAD software. He/She will be responsible for ensuring accurate patterns, fabric utilization, and cost-effective production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate patterns for lingerie products (bra, panty, briefs, etc.) using CAD software.

• Calculate fabric consumption and ensure optimal material usage.

• Perform costing analysis for samples and bulk production.

• Develop and check marker planning for efficient fabric utilization.

• Ensure patterns and markers meet buyer specifications and quality standards.

• Work closely with merchandising, sampling, and production teams.

• Maintain CAD files, records, and version control of patterns.

• Provide technical guidance to pattern masters and operators.

Employment Status: Full-time

Workplace: Work at the factory (Targach, Gazipura, Gacha, Bangladesh)

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate in Textile Engineering / Fashion Design / Garment Technology.

• Diploma/Certification in CAD (Lectra, Gerber, Optitex, or related software) preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years’ experience in CAD (pattern, marker, costing) in lingerie/garments industry.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 28–42 years

• Must have in-depth knowledge of lingerie pattern making & fitting.

• Strong analytical skills in consumption & costing.

• Proficiency in CAD software (Lectra/Gerber/Optitex).

• Ability to train and manage a CAD team.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Location: National University, 550, Sufia complex, Gazipur

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience & skill)
