আমরা আমাদের লিঞ্জারি ডিপার্টমেন্টের জন্য একজন দক্ষ ও অভিজ্ঞ স্যাম্পল টেকনিশিয়ান ও অপারেশন খুঁজছি। প্রার্থীর কাছে ব্রা, প্যান্টি, ব্রিফ ইত্যাদি লিঞ্জারি পণ্যের টেকনিক্যাল জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে। এই পদে স্যাম্পল ডেভেলপমেন্ট, সঠিক ফিট নিশ্চিতকরণ এবং মার্চেন্ডাইজিং ও প্রোডাকশনের মধ্যে সমন্বয় করার দায়িত্ব থাকবে।
চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ:
লিঞ্জারি স্যাম্পল তৈরি করা (ব্রা, প্যান্টি, ব্রিফ এবং অন্যান্য ক্রেতা চাহিদা অনুযায়ী স্টাইল)।
সঠিক ফিটিং, মাপ এবং গার্মেন্ট কন্সট্রাকশন নিশ্চিত করা।
প্যাটার্ন, ফ্যাব্রিক, ট্রিমস এবং সেলাই পদ্ধতি পরীক্ষা করে ক্রেতার মান বজায় রাখা।
মার্চেন্ডাইজিং ও প্রোডাকশন টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে স্যাম্পল সময়মতো অনুমোদন নিশ্চিত করা।
স্যাম্পল রেকর্ড রক্ষা এবং সময়মতো ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
বাল্ক প্রোডাকশনের সময় টেকনিক্যাল ও অপারেশনাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান।
লিঞ্জারি সেলাই, ফিটিং ও ফিনিশিং সম্পর্কিত সমস্যার সমাধান করা।
উৎপাদন প্রক্রিয়া সহজতর ও গুণগত মান বজায় রেখে উৎপাদনশীলতা উন্নয়নের পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
লিঞ্জারি কন্সট্রাকশন, ফিটিং ও ফিনিশিংয়ে গভীর টেকনিক্যাল জ্ঞান থাকা।
ক্রেতার মন্তব্য, সংশোধন ও অনুমোদন সামলানোর দক্ষতা।
ভালো যোগাযোগ ও সমস্যা সমাধানের দক্ষতা।
স্বাধীনভাবে এবং চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার ক্ষমতা।
Develop lingerie samples (bra, panty, briefs, and other buyer-demanded styles) as per requirements.
Ensure accurate fitting, measurement, and garment construction.
Check patterns, fabric, trims, and sewing techniques to meet buyer standards.
Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for timely sample approval.
Maintain sample records and ensure on-time delivery of samples.
Provide technical guidance and operational support during bulk production.
Solve technical issues related to lingerie stitching, fitting, and finishing.
Suggest improvements to simplify the production process and achieve better productivity with quality.
Must have in-depth knowledge of lingerie construction, fitting, and finishing.
Ability to handle buyer comments, corrections, and approvals.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
