• Have a good knowledge of manual markers.

• Proven experience in garments CAD, particularly in marker making and pattern development.

• Proficiency in using CAD software (Etc.: Gerber).

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and garment sizing.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

• Ability to optimize fabric consumption and reduce waste.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.

• Problem-solving mindset and technical troubleshooting abilities.

• Prepare and develop pattern markers using CAD software (e.g.,Gerber).

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure designs are effectively translated into pattern pieces.

• Ensure marker efficiency and optimization, minimizing fabric waste and maximizing yield.

• Prepare accurate fabric consumption reports and provide timely updates on marker progress.

• Conduct pattern grading, layout adjustments, and size specifications as required.

• Ensure that all markers meet company quality standards and deadlines.

• Troubleshoot any technical issues with CAD software and markers, working closely with technical teams to resolve them.

• Maintain accurate records of marker data for future reference.

• Support the production team with marker-related queries and adjustments.
