- Age 22 to 30 years
Have a good knowledge of manual markers.
Proven experience in garments CAD, particularly in marker making and pattern development.
Proficiency in using CAD software (Etc.: Gerber).
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and garment sizing.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
Ability to optimize fabric consumption and reduce waste.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
Problem-solving mindset and technical troubleshooting abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and develop pattern markers using CAD software (e.g.,Gerber).
Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure designs are effectively translated into pattern pieces.
Ensure marker efficiency and optimization, minimizing fabric waste and maximizing yield.
Prepare accurate fabric consumption reports and provide timely updates on marker progress.
Conduct pattern grading, layout adjustments, and size specifications as required.
Ensure that all markers meet company quality standards and deadlines.
Troubleshoot any technical issues with CAD software and markers, working closely with technical teams to resolve them.
Maintain accurate records of marker data for future reference.
Support the production team with marker-related queries and adjustments.
