Call Center, Front Desk Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet and greet visitors' with welcoming them
∎ Address visitors' call/ demand in proper way and maintain directory
∎ Maintain PABX and answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
∎ Manage dispatch and keep record of all incoming and outgoing mailing/ postal
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
∎ Assist in Branch Operations Management
∎ Selling of product over phone (Tele-Sales)
∎ Take up other duties as assigned time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experience in managing of front desk office with PABX and dispatch
∎ Minimum 01 year relevant experience in any corporate office
∎ Customer service orientation
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in English and Bengali
∎ Must be proactive and a team player with good interpersonal, multitasking and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to handle complex situation
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
Salary: Negotiable
