∎ At least 3 years of experience in a BI/Data Engineering role after graduation.
∎ High level of statistical mathematics aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Complex and optimized SQL query writing skill for a large dataset.
∎ Experience in designing reports with BI Tools.
∎ Clear understanding of fact, dimension variables and data modeling techniques.
∎ Logical, analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities.
∎ Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
∎ Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
∎ Have working experience using ETL tools.
∎ Knowledge of python/R for data analysis(preferred.)
∎ Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for the full life cycle development, implementation, production support, and performance tuning of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Business Intelligence Reporting environments, and support the integration of those systems with other applications.
∎ Design and implement reporting and analytical solutions, including both the design of table structures and the processes used to populate those structures with data from internal and external sources.
∎ Define, develop and optimize curated datasets and schemas with standardized metrics.
∎ Develop, deploy and maintain ETL jobs and visualizations.
∎ Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
∎ Ensure accurate and secure methods to extract data.
∎ Identify the current and future-state business processes.
∎ Help business stakeholders envision the future as to how their work will need to change to support the future.
∎ Undertake any other lawful responsibilities as assigned by the office/supervisor.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Maximum Salary: TK 70,000/- (per month)
∎ For highly qualified & experienced candidates salary may be slightly negotiable. Probation period will be 1 (one) year long. After successful completion of the probationary period, the employee will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
∎ All admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
∎ Maximum Salary: TK 70,000/- (per month)
