Educational Requirements:

∎ MBA in Finance/Accounting from any reputed university will get preference.

∎ ASA is one of the biggest MFIs in the country as well in the world with more than 25 thousand employees serving around 70 lakh clients across the country. All the applications are developed by in-house IT team. ASA is in the process of digital transformation to centralize 3073 branches involving per day more than 90 (ninety) lakh transactions in the system of more than 25000 users. ASA welcomes you to take the initial challenges of transformation.
∎ The context of this position is to work closely with all functional wings to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions provided data that is accurate, congruent, reliable and easily accessible. The incumbent of this position is expected to understand how data is turned into information and knowledge as well as how the knowledge supports and enables business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the full life cycle development, implementation, production support, and performance tuning of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart, and Business Intelligence reporting environments, and support the integration of those systems with other applications;
∎ Design and implement reporting and analytical solutions, including both the design of table structures and the processes used to populate those structures with data from internal and external sources;
∎ Define, develop and optimize curated datasets and schemas with standardized metrics;
∎ Develop, deploy and maintain ETL jobs and visualizations;
∎ Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms;
∎ Ensure accurate and secure methods to extract data;
∎ Identify the current- and future-state business processes;
∎ Help business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ High level of statistical mathematics aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Complex and optimized SQL querywriting skill.
∎ Experience in designing reportswith BI Tools.
∎ Clear understanding of fact, dimension variables and data modeling techniques.
∎ Logical, analytical and investigative mind, together with creative abilities.
∎ Excellent organizational, time and project management skills.
∎ Ability to handle complex information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
∎ For highly qualified & experienced candidates, salary will be negotiable.
Probation period will be 1 (one) year. After successful completion of the probationary period, the officer will be accommodated in the regular Pay Scale of ASA.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ All other admissible benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Yearly Increment, Festival Allowance, Naboborsho Allowance (Boishakhy) and Employee's Group Benefit Fund will be attributed.
