Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the Deposit Mobilization Goals Through New Business, Referrals and Retention of Accounts.
∎ Meet the Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Deposit Mobilization targets within the Deadline.
∎ Ensure Deposit Business Growth, Deposit Profitability and Business Sustainability
∎ Deliver the Financial Products and Services According to the Customers' Needs.
∎ Maintain Grassroots Level Customer Relations in All Customer Segments.
∎ Ensure High Quality and Satisfactory Customer Service to All Customers.
∎ Visiting Prospective Customers to Generate a New Customer Base.
