∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Banks & Financial, Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Frequent visit to the default clients and report to respective reporting officer(s).
∎ Visit customers' offices and contact point as and when required.
∎ Maintain liaison with nearest Police Station for GD entry.
∎ Maintain pending case status and arrange to send it to the Management in every month.
∎ Prepare various reports regarding defaults clients.
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 01 year working experience in Recovery Department of Banks/ Financial Institutions.
∎ Conversant with Loan classification and provision.
∎ Sound knowledge about Mortgage procedures, Loan documentation, and Auction Procedures.
∎ Sufficient knowledge about the Bank related laws (especially NI Act, Money Laundering Act, Transfer of property Act and Contract Act), Legal issues and other Laws of the land related to Loan Recovery.
∎ Knowledge about land documents to carry out scarce in the Sub Registry office and AC Land office will be treated as additional qualification.
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with strong personality.
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, target oriented, able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be a team player, ability to meet deadlines, art of persuasion and art of Marketing.
∎ Flexible, result driven and able to work to achieve recovery target.
Salary: Negotiable
