Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and secure potential clients and achieve set targets.
∎ Ensure customer selection as per company policy and process.
∎ Maintaining proper database for potential clients.
∎ Ensuring daily visit and follow-up with potential clients, as per own contact and following-up on market opportunities identified by line manager and securing those business opportunities.
∎ Ensure proper filling up of application forms and submission to branches.
∎ Update line manager with timely projection and latest status.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing and potential customers and provide excellent customer service.
∎ Escalate any client related issues to line manager for prompt customer service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in Retail Products
∎ Candidates with experience from Banks & NBFIs will get preference
