  • Professional Qualification: Candidates with capital market certifications or relevant training will have an added advantage. Required to have valid Authorized Representative (AR) certification/license
  • Skills: Strong salesmanship, portfolio management expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the capital market.
  • Other Skills: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (Both oral and written), and professional competency on MS Office applications

  • Department: Business Development Department

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to grow equity and revenue

  • Identify and serve High Net Worth (HNW) clients and their investment portfolios

  • Supervise client portfolios across various equity and investment instruments

  • Execute nationwide sales initiatives to expand the client base

  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while attracting new funds to facilitate prudent investment decisions

  • Conduct regular communication and meetings with existing and potential clients to explore business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales, trading, and related operational matters

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines imposed by regulators

  • Prepare periodic management reports as required

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
